Starting Friday, September 25, Arkheron's Crossplay Beta begins on Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation. For three full days – Friday through Sunday – you can jump in and queue up with your crew, across PC and console.

WHEN TO PLAY

This limited Beta starts on Friday, September 25 and ends on Sunday, September 27 at 11:59PM PDT, with regional start times below:

• Europe | 5PM BST / 6PM CEST

• South America | 6PM AST / 7PM BRT

• North America | 3PM PDT / 6PM EDT

HOW THE WEEKEND WORKS

Arkheron has multiple ways to play. The tutorial, training room and bot modes are live 24/7 for you to practice and get familiar with the mechanics of the game, the Eternals you play as, and the endless loadout options.   

Endless Spires game mode runs 24 hours a day, all weekend.

Ascension game mode opens nightly during peak hours for each region, running alongside Spires rather than swapping it out. We're using dynamic queues this time, so once an Ascension window opens, it stays live as long as there's enough population to support it, instead of hard-closing at a fixed time.

Nightly Ascension windows (3 hours, plus dynamic extension if population supports it):

• Europe:  6:00pm BST | 7:00pm CEST

• South America: 7:00pm AST | 8:00pm BRT 

• North America: 4:00pm PDT | 7:00pm EDT

HOW TO JOIN

Already played during the Closed Beta or a Tech Test?
If you’ve already played, just update your game to the newest build and jump in.

New to Arkheron?
We use FirstLook to manage signups, key distribution, and player communication. Pick your platform, connect your account, and redeem your code once your invite lands. Invites go out in waves, and once you're in, you keep access for all future playtests.

• Xbox: Don't want to wait? If you have the Xbox Insider Hub app, go to Previews and join there if Arkheron is listed. Not listed yet? Sign up here instead.

• PlayStation: Sign up here.

• Steam: Sign up here, or request access directly through Steam Playtest in the Steam app. Both waitlists get invites at the same time.

What are the system requirements?

• You can see the system requirements here. 

What if I'm not in North America, Europe, or South America?

• If you’re not in one of the regions we’re supporting for Crossplay Beta, you can still get in: queue into another region, jump into bot games, or run customs anytime.

I have access, can I invite my friends? 

• Yes, absolutely! Arkheron is even better with friends and we want to make sure you can bring your crew along for the climb. There are a few ways: 

  • If you signed up directly through Steam, you have additional Friend Invites for friends who play on Steam. 

  • If you signed up through FirstLook, you’ll get some additional invites to send to friends that they can redeem for any platform. Check your dashboard for invites.

  • Still not sure how to get your friends in? Let us know in Discord, or drop us an email at support@bonfirestudios.com.

I have access, can I get a code for a different platform?

• Yes, we would love for you to try Arkheron on a different platform. Let us know in Discord, or drop us an email at support@bonfirestudios.com and we will get you sorted.

Where do I talk to other players?

• Join the Arkheron Discord – it's the best place to trade tips, builds, strategy, and feedback with the community.

How do I report a bug or give feedback?

• In game, you can access “report a bug” in the menu options. Out of game, post in the Arkheron Forums, or share feedback in our Discord. 

Is this Crossplay Beta under any sort of content NDA or Embargo? 

• It's not! You’re encouraged to share footage and gameplay from the playtest on your own channels or on Discord. If you’re a content creator interested in working with us, check out our Creator Program.
