Gamescom News, Patch 0.22, and More!

Hey everyone!

We have a lot of exciting things to share in coming days – from our 0.22 patch, to our upcoming Gamescom appearance in the Xbox Showcase, to a limited weekend tech test – so make sure you check back throughout the week for the latest Arkheron updates! 

Here’s what’s happening…

Tuesday, August 25

We’ll share two separate pieces of Arkheron news: first, a Development Priorities roadmap, detailing the high-level things we’re currently focused on; and second, Patch Notes for the 0.22 update, which includes adjustments that directly address feedback from Closed Beta – thank you again to everyone who participated! 

On Tuesday evening, at 7pm PT, we’ll host Tower Hour on Arkheron’s official YouTube channel to chat through the day’s announcements with some of our developers, who will provide deeper insights and help answer community questions. Come hang out with us!

Wednesday, August 26

Patch 0.22 will drop on Steam! Want to get your hands on it? Update Arkheron Playtest on Steam, then check out our Discord to find other players to run Custom Games with.

Thursday, August 27

Arkheron’s joining the Xbox @ Gamescom Showcase, so be on the lookout for us during the livestream, this Thursday around 5:20pm CEST!

A few folks from the Arkheron team will also be there hosting a casual meetup for players. We’re keeping things chill - just grabbing some beers and hanging out at Biergarten Rheinterrassen. If you're around, come say hi!

Friday, August 28 - Saturday, August 29

On Friday and Saturday, we’ll close out the week with a limited tech test of Endless Spires. This is our 3v3 arena-style game mode, but this time, with no limit on the number of Floors you can climb. 

This tech test will be a little different than the weekly playtests we’ve been running – it’ll be purely focused on Spires. We’re hoping this will give us the extra reps we need to improve performance and stability as we get ready for Arkheron's next phase of development, so please join us if you can!

Here are the server uptimes for each region:

• North America: 8:00pm - 1:00am EDT / 5:00pm - 10:00pm PDT

• Europe: 6:00pm - 11:00pm BST / 7:00pm - 12:00am CEST

• Asia-Pacific: 9:00pm - 12:00am KST & JST

• South America: 9:00pm - 12:00am ADT & BRT
