The Crossplay Beta ran September 25 to 27 on Xbox, Steam, and PlayStation. Thank you to everyone who jumped in. Your matches, bug reports, and feedback are already shaping what comes next. Keep an eye on Discord and our newsfeed for upcoming playtests and PvP play windows

If you already have access, you can keep playing. Ascension and Spires queues are closed, but the Tutorial, Training, Bot Games, and Custom Games are open 24/7. Head over to #looking-for-players on Discord to find a custom game. 

Custom Games

• Join: Select Custom Lobbies on the modes screen, enter the lobby code, and select Join Custom Game.

• Host: Select Custom Lobbies, choose Ascension or Spires, and select Create Lobby. Share the code with friends or post it in #looking-for-players on Discord.

Already played during the Crossplay Beta or a previous playtest?

If you’ve already played, just update your game to the newest build and jump in.

Don't have access yet? Join the waitlist for future playtests:

• Xbox

• PlayStation

• Steam, or request access directly through Steam Playtest in the Steam app. Both waitlists get invites at the same time.

FAQ

What are the system requirements?

• You can see the system requirements here. 

I redeemed a console code but can't find the game.

• Beta games don't show up in the console Store, so searching there will only show "Add to Wishlist." Check your library instead:

  • Xbox: Go to My games & apps → Full library and look for Arkheron Insider. 

  • PlayStation: Go to Game Library → Your Collection, set the filter to All, and look for Arkheron Beta.

I already have access, can I invite friends or get a code for another platform?

Yes! Steam signups get Friend Invites for Steam friends. FirstLook signups get invites that work on any platform, which you can find on your dashboard. For another platform's code, ask in Discord or email support@bonfirestudios.com.

Where do I talk to other players?

• Join the Arkheron Discord – it's the best place to trade tips, builds, strategy, and feedback with the community.

How do I report a bug or give feedback?

• In game, you can access “report a bug” in the menu options. Out of game, post in the Arkheron Forums, or share feedback in our Discord. 

Is the game under any sort of content NDA? 

• It's not! You’re encouraged to share footage and gameplay from playtests on your own channels or on Discord. If you’re a content creator interested in working with us, check out our Creator Program.
