Friday Night Fights | April 16th - Seek and Destroy! And… Fish?
Apr 16, 2026The hunt is on! Friday Night Fights is almost here.
This week, 12 teams of 3 start on Floor 1. Here’s the twist: the only active Anchor Ability is Vision Pulse. Control the map on early floors, conquer your enemies, and claim victory.
But while you’re at it, keep an eye out for “Something Fishy…” on Floor 1.

Limited Mode: Seek and Destroy
Seek and Destroy is the Friday Night Fights queue this week, and it’s all about hunting… or being hunted. Expect fast and scrappy matches with plenty of multi-team fights, wrapping far before the final floor.
What’s New?
We’re returning to the first floor for some hunt or hide action! Gear up and head to a shrine. There, you’ll find that the only Anchor Ability available for purchase is Vision Pulse: for a few seconds, the player who uses Vision Pulse gives themselves and their allies vision of all enemy players on the map.
Use this power wisely: seek out the path of least resistance, or make a beeline straight into the fray! Seek and Destroy is this week’s primary queue for Friday Night Fights.
Details:
Floor 1 Start
12 Teams of 3
Anchors Available: Vision Pulse (that’s it!)
Fishing
This week’s game mode is fast-paced, so if you need a moment to slow down, keep an eye out for the secret fishing spot. If you’re lucky enough to find it, you’ll get a “Something Fishy Here” prompt – interacting with it graces you with the coveted Fishing Amulet. When equipped, you can cast an ability that turns you into a fish. You’ll flop around, taking no damage. Each flop does 12 damage. Our earliest playtest community started an ongoing joke around fishing. Fish Eternal When? While we’re not quite ready to answer that particular question, we were definitely baited into becoming caught up in their net of absurdity and now you can cast your fishy desires into Arkheron. Try not to get hooked.
The Destroyer Crown
Heavy is the head… but if you didn’t get a chance to pick up the Destroyer Crown last week, keep your eyes and ears open on Floor 2 and claim it for yourself.
As you drop in on Floor 2, you’ll see a segment of the map highlighted pink. This is where the Destroyer Crown will spawn mid way through the level, in a mythic chest. Careful - the location is revealed once the Crown spawns, and you may not be the only team looking to pick it up.
DESTROYER CROWN
[Active - Doppelganger] Summon a doppelganger and become Invisible. Taking an action causes the doppelganger to disappear.
[Passive] This item is a Destroyer Relic. While carrying, players automatically unlock the respective set Bonus for Each Eternal Relic that they carry - culminating in a possible 3 set bonuses.
Solo Queue Leaderboard Returns
We’re bringing back the Solo Queue Leaderboard, tailored for Seek and Destroy - points by floor are flipped this week, leaning in on the expected floor 1 blood bath. Earn more points by taking out enemies early.
Here’s How Scoring Works:
Queue up solo and rack up points based on your top three games. Points are earned by racking up Major Eliminations (awarded to the player who dealt the highest percentage of damage to a downed target).
Scoring Breakdown:
Floor 1 Major Eliminations - 4 points each
Floor 2 Major Eliminations - 3 points each
Floor 3 Major Eliminations - 2 points each
Floor 4 Major Eliminations - 1 point each
But Wait, Something’s Fishy: A certain amount of extra points will be rewarded for the “catch of the day”... hmm…
Leaver Penalty: Solo players who leave matches will earn a score of zero for that match. This penalty score will not be replaced by a higher-scoring game later; it is automatically tracked as one of your "top" scores for the night.
Pro Tip: Your overall score is based on your highest scoring three individual games. If you play a fourth game and out perform your lowest score, it’ll be replaced automatically. Note, leaver penalties scores will not be replaced.
Join our Discord to keep up with the leaderboard as the night goes.
